Kickball Hub Terms of Service

Kickball Hub is a community-driven platform designed to help recreational kickball players, team captains, and league managers organize teams, schedules, games, events, lineups, statistics, and other kickball-related activities.

Information on Kickball Hub may be created, entered, uploaded, or managed by players, captains, league managers, and other users.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Kickball Hub is not the owner, governing body, or official representative of leagues, teams, organizations, or other groups that users create or reference on the platform.

A valid email address is required to access Kickball Hub.

Kickball Hub uses email-based one-time passwords (OTP) or similar authentication methods to verify users and provide account access.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining access to the email account associated with their Kickball Hub profile.

Users may upload, enter, or otherwise provide content to Kickball Hub, including but not limited to: team names, team logos, league names, player information, photos, schedules, scores, statistics, event information, and other team or league-related materials.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. Kickball Hub does not claim ownership of content submitted by users, including team names, logos, photos, league names, or other user-generated content.

By submitting content, the user confirms that they have the right or appropriate permission to use and share that content through Kickball Hub and grants Kickball Hub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform. This license ends when the content is removed or the account is deleted, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security.

Users must not upload content that infringes another person's or organization's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

The presence of a team name, league name, logo, trademark, or other identifying information on Kickball Hub does not mean that Kickball Hub owns, operates, sponsors, endorses, or officially represents that team, league, or organization.

Kickball Hub does not claim ownership over team names, league names, logos, trademarks, or other materials uploaded or entered by users.

All applicable ownership rights remain with their respective owners.

Users may not intentionally misrepresent their identity, their position or role within a team or league, their authority to manage a team, league, or organization, ownership of a team, league, logo, trademark, or other material, or their affiliation with another person or organization.

Users should only create, manage, or modify teams, leagues, schedules, or other community information when they have appropriate authority or permission to do so.

Because Kickball Hub is community-driven, Kickball Hub does not guarantee that all user-submitted information is complete, accurate, current, or officially authorized by a particular league or organization.

Users should contact their captain, league manager, or applicable organization if they have questions about official schedules, rules, standings, registrations, or other league information.

Users may not use Kickball Hub to: upload content they do not have the right to use; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; impersonate another person or organization; intentionally provide fraudulent or misleading information; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform; or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Kickball Hub may remove content or restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third-party rights.

Email is required for authentication and account access.

Users may separately choose whether to receive optional communications through Kickball Hub, including information about games, practices, events, socials, team or league updates, and Kickball Hub news.

These communications may originate from team captains, league managers, or Kickball Hub administrators using the platform.

Users can change their optional email communication preference through their profile settings.

Transactional, authentication, security, or other service-related messages necessary to operate an account may still be sent regardless of optional email preferences.

Kickball Hub is provided as a tool to assist recreational kickball communities. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued over time.

Kickball Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or any specific feature.

Users are responsible for how they use information provided through Kickball Hub and for verifying important game, league, or event information when necessary.

Kickball Hub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Kickball Hub may remove content it believes infringes intellectual property rights or violates these Terms.

If you believe content on Kickball Hub infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice. The required notice elements, where to send a notice, and the counter-notification process are described on our DMCA / Copyright page.

Kickball Hub may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves.

When material changes are made, users may be required to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Kickball Hub.
